DEPARTMENTS

Microprojects Department (MPD)

This is one of the departments that deals with all categories of projects. They ensure that they coordinate all grassroot or micro, small and medium sized enterprises for disadvantaged communities so that they can generate income for self-reliant life. The department have diverse programs across the country whereby each program is composed of two or more projects. The department aims at improving lives of most disadvantaged people through projects while involving all needed people from the communities. Some of the activities involved are: tailoring, sewing, etc.

Children First Generation Department (CFGD)

As the names indicates, the primary beneficiaries of this departments are children aged from zero to 14 years old. The department will be responsible for unifying, collecting and involving all children from the community. The department aims at encouraging children to take their responsibilities while growing up year after years and day after day. The department will implement programs and projects aiming at contributing to better life of children in terms of education, sports, health and talent discoveries.

Youth Future Generation Department (YFGD)

The youth department involves both male and female categorized as adolescent ones aged of 15 to 37 years. The department will call up all youths together for action especially that of preparing their responsibilities as mature people, involve them in developmental and productive activities. It will also collaborate with other departments so that to successfully implement its programs and projects related to different sectors.

All for Education Department (AED)

The department focuses on managing all education related projects and programs within the organization. It will aim at making sure that the beneficiaries get good education from the elementary level up to the university level. It will also ensure that they develop projects related to the initiatives of professional and technical educations and schools within the setting and operational locations. Officers working with this department need to implement education project aiming at providing all necessary information and assistance related to education. Some of the services should be that of supporting students with school equipment or facilities, enrolling beneficiaries at schools, searching for scholarship for the beneficiaries, assisting students with transportation so that to realize their school dreams.

Research, Information, Media and Publication Department (RIMPD)

This department will focus on undergoing research for different issues affecting the communities, information about diverse circumstances and broadcast information to the corresponding to issues. Different activities such as the installation of radio station in the country and areas of actions, conducting research and writing books about diverse issues. The beneficiaries will be both female and males, illiterate as well as literate people.

Social and Culture Services Department (SCSD)

The cultural norms, rituals and customs will be dealt with within this department. The conservation of elders and people who are familiar with cultures of communities more practically. The department will coordinate all social related issues related to the communities.

Some of activities or project to be conducted will be as follows:

• Conducting research on genealogies of communities more particularly on Congolese communities.
• Writing books for the present and future generation history and reference
• Conducting meeting, training, discussion and conference for awareness of the cultures among different generations.

People with Disability Department (PDP)

This is another department which will deal with managing people with different health and physical disabilities. It will make sure that people with problems are known and supported basing on their disabilities. The main aim of this problem is to support and construct vision to people who seem to be more hopeless. The beneficiaries of this department should be all recognized people with disabilities and elders who are unable to support themselves.

Women for Women Department (WWP)

This is one of the departments that is dealing with women across the united states of America as in other setting locations where the organization intends to operate. It will aim at mobilizing all women so that to respond to their problems at the family level as well as at community, national and international levels. The department will act in close collaboration with the executive where they regularly report. Different portfolios, programs, projects and activities will be conducted through diverse means as way to help women manage their own lives at a reasonable standard. The department will be headed by head of department who will control a very specific committee for the sake of improving women lives in different setting areas of operations.

Home is Home Department (HHP)

Is one of crucial departments within the Mmbondo Congolese Community in the country. It will direct its activities as well as projects in different locations in the United States as well as in diverse African countries namely the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The Fizi territory will mostly occupy the great part of projects for implementation within this department. Many agricultural, livelihood and livestock projects are conducted for income generation.

Productive Health Department (PHP)

This is another department whereby the all health matters are initiated and managed within. It makes sure that men and women, children are managed to great extent as a way to ensure they get necessary services for good health. It will help apply for different health private and public services, assisting pregnant women with assistance if possible cultural means so that to avoid any problem that may undermine Congolese pregnant women lives.
